Residential Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Medico Partners Ltd. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults in our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Level 3/4 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Full Driving Licence preferred.
- DBS checked (preferably on the update system, though a new application can be made on your behalf).
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £27,095 per annum, including £12.25 per hour and a sleep-in rate of £50 per night.
