About the Role

Zones is a Global Solution Provider of end-to-end IT solutions with an unmatched supply chain. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and sales performance across the EMEA Enterprise business segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sales operations lead to field sales and leadership in EMEA, driving customer success at all times.
  • Develop, track, and manage the forecast process, performance analysis, and metrics/KPIs to drive forecast accuracy for the VP and Head of International.
  • Partner with Sales and critical cross-functional teams to execute on annual planning, including sales capacity planning, territory planning and management, comp plan design, quota setting, and more.
  • Lead pipeline performance analysis to ensure quality and to identify areas of concern and best practices, providing actionable feedback and areas of focus to drive sales analytics data gathering, reporting, and improvements.
  • Implement best practices and standardization of sales processes, keeping repeatability and scalability top of mind.
  • Ensure alignment of Sales team with overall company objectives and priorities.
  • Use data and qualitative information to drive and optimize our business.
  • Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and track success metrics.
  • Define programs and processes that promote the sales team landing new business, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities in conjunction with customer success.
  • Align and drive strategic initiatives from Sales leadership across internal Zones resources and groups to further improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and high motivation for continuous improvement.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute on those solutions.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Finance concentration is also a plus.
