About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Head Office team in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and timely monthly and annual management accounts and financial reports
  • Collaborate with dealerships to provide financial insights and support commercial decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial controls and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, including forecasts and financial analysis
  • Support the management team in promoting best practice and profitability
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth

About You

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent) with experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • IT literate with strong Excel skills and experience with financial software
