About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join our team at Cognita Asia Holdings Pte Ltd. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day school finances across our five North London campuses.

Key Responsibilities

As a School Finance Assistant, you will report directly to the Pod Finance Manager and be responsible for:

  • Assisting with compliance and implementation of finance policies and processes related to procurement, payroll, and other financial activities.
  • Providing administrative support to the school leadership team and the Pod Finance Manager.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and data.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and database input.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with experience of working in an administrative function.
  • Previous experience of using finance software and delivering time-sensitive data processing.
