Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our team at Harrow CAMHS. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist psychotherapeutic assessments and interventions for children and young people with mental health problems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychotherapeutic assessments of children and young people referred to the team.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches.
- Provide a range of psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and make informed decisions about care planning.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Masters level training in clinical child psychotherapy or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex mental health needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
