We are seeking a Healthcare Administration Manager to lead our Medical Staff services team and oversee the credentialing process. This individual will provide direction and leadership in all areas of Medical Staff services support, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Credentialing and Privileging: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Accreditation requirements.
  2. Staff Supervision: Supervise staff to ensure they are performing job duties accurately and in accordance with departmental policy and medical staff bylaws.
  3. Project Development: Develop and implement annual goals in accordance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Minimum 7 years experience.
  3. Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification required.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
