This Credentialing Process Leader role provides an opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization and contribute to the advancement of medical staff services. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for overseeing the credentialing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Credentialing Management: Manage timely assessment of appointments and reappointment to the Medical Staff, ensuring accuracy of appointment, reappointment, FPPE, and OPPE documentation.
  2. System Maintenance: Ensure integrity of system-wide computer-based physician information systems are maintained and staff are trained according to established policies and procedures.
  3. Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the daily operations of the department, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Minimum 7 years experience.
  3. Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification required.

The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
