About the Role

You will lead a large dispensing hub operation, overseeing a team of pharmacists, dispensary leads, and technicians with varying experience levels. As a Responsible Pharmacist at HeliosX Group, you will ensure the highest standards of delivery within our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for medicine supply.
  • Oversee a robust and safe dispensing process, conducting regular audits of the dispensary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for pharmaceutical compliance and governance within the warehouse.
  • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical products and services to both staff and customers.
  • Train and support staff to uphold professional standards.
  • Identify potential risks within pharmacy operations and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Show a strong understanding of UK pharmacy laws and regulations.
What We Offer

This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting from £55,000 per annum, with a rolling schedule of 4 days on, and 4 days off.
