We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

This exciting opportunity comes with a salary of £24,000 basic with an on-target earnings potential of £45,000. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored coaching and training services that meet client needs.

Your key objectives will be to:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders
  3. Develop and implement effective coaching and training strategies that meet client needs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer-facing experience and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
