We are seeking a Customer Growth Professional to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services
- Analyze market trends and identify areas for business growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission scheme
- 25 days' holiday per annum (plus bank holidays)
Location
This role is based in Buntingford, Hertfordshire.
