Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Strategist to join our sales team at Delice de France Limited. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in national account management, with a strong understanding of the food industry and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability across our national accounts
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, including negotiation and agreement of contracts and pricing terms
- Collaborate with our product team to identify areas of growth and develop new product offerings that meet customer needs
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and use this information to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven track record in national account management
- Strong understanding of the food industry
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
