We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our sales and administration team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales and process engineering departments, processing new sales leads and opportunities for the team.

The salary for this role is approximately £21,500 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week.

Duties:
  1. Managing technical documents and ensuring they are up-to-date.
  2. Maintaining correspondence between the sales team and clients.
  3. Liaising with clients as required.
  4. Scheduling meetings and updating diaries.
  5. Monitoring and updating the Company CRM.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
  3. An interest in engineering would be advantageous.
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
What We Offer:
  • 37.5 hours per week: Monday – Thursday 08.30 - 17.30 with 3⁄4 hour lunch break; Friday 08.30 - 13.00 with no lunch break.
  • Holidays: 22 days per year increasing after a full calendar year's service by one day per year to a maximum of 25 days.
  • Pension: The Company will match contributions up to 7% into our direct contribution pension scheme.
  • Life Insurance: Death-in-Service cover at the rate of 4 times salary.
