Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £25-37 per hour (PAYE) or £40 per hour (UMB/LTD).

About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with different teams to drive commercial success and provide great customer experience.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include workload management, prioritization, quality and continuous improvement, customer/colleague experience, communication and collaboration. You will also use sales tools such as Funnel Scorecard, Miller Heiman, and Rexis to track results and monitor key metrics.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in administration within a business function or high-volume office work. You should have grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent in both English Language and Maths. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products is also required. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills are essential. Excellent team working, motivational, communication, and customer service skills are also necessary.
