Business Development Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workload Management & Prioritisation: Plan tasks, triage requests, and provide general administrative support for customer contracts and key deliverables.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Review and check documents for accuracy, maintain records, and ensure tasks meet service levels and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration within a business function (sales, business/market development) or high-volume office work.
- Grade C or above at GCSE or equivalent in both English Language and Maths (or Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) - Ireland).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
- Experience with both business-to-business and consumer-based customer service.
- Fluent in English with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Funnel Scorecard, Miller Heiman, and Rexis.
What We Offer:
- 12-month contract (outside IR35)
- £25.00 per hour (PAYE) OR £40.00 per hour (UMB/LTD)
- Remote working with ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill and other sites
