Sales Director for Industrial and Fenestration Manufacturing

Quattro RS is seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the industrial and fenestration manufacturing sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the industrial and fenestration manufacturing sectors.
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective channel management and brand representation.
- Secure primary supplier listings with customers and achieve sales budgets.
- Provide technical support and training to customers as required.
- Relish new business development and exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial and fenestration manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of capital equipment sales and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full, clean driving licence.
