Job Title: Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

Quattro RS is seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the industrial and fenestration manufacturing sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the industrial and fenestration manufacturing sectors.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective channel management and brand representation.
  • Secure primary supplier listings with customers and achieve sales budgets.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers as required.
  • Relish new business development and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial and fenestration manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of capital equipment sales and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
