HR Officer Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Thrive Group as an HR Officer. As an HR Officer, you will report to the HR Manager and work closely with line leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and external contacts, conducting absence and performance management meetings, and providing advice on maternity and paternity policies.

 

Key Skills:

  • Practical experience within HR and employee relations, giving advice
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both verbally and written
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Highly proficient computer skills - Microsoft packages (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment desirable

 

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, paid monthly, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave.
