About the Job

This Facilities Management Specialist role involves providing proactive day-to-day operational administrative support across all customer UKI branch locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with the CBRE FM and wider account team to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Synergy Coordination: Coordinate and plan synergies with CBRE Global Lease Administration Team to optimize client portfolio management.
  • Portal Implementation: Establish and implement Self Service Request portal, helpdesk facility for UKI branch solution.
  • Safety Compliance: Communicate safety expectations to comply with client QHSE policies and procedures.
  • E-logbook Management: Establish E-logbooks to ensure delivery of asset lifecycle management.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client enquiries and complaints.
  • Work Order Management: Manage the work order process by generating and dispatching service request work orders to multiple subcontractors and vendors.
  • SLA Promotion: Promote consistent SLAs across all sites for all FM services.
  • Purchase Order Management: Issue purchase orders, manage flow of invoicing and support with budget optimisation.
  • Site Inspections: Coordinate inspections at the branch locations.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
