Group Leader Position Details

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Group Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership Limited. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of Early Years Educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children aged 1-2 years old in our Edwinstowe Day Nursery in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Early Years Education, with a focus on leadership and management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours a week, with a salary range of £33,072-£33,737.60 per annum. You will also receive up to 50 paid days off work, childcare discount from day one, and various retail discounts.

As a Group Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational program and policies in the nursery, ensuring that they align with the EYFS curriculum and promote the well-being and development of all children.
