Job Summary

The InHealth Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Programme Administrator to support the delivery of the Diabetic Eye Screening Service. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the service, including general office duties, answering phone calls, taking minutes, updating records, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Utilize relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service.
  • Assist with arranging programme meetings and note-taking.
  • Place stationery orders via the online procurement system.
  • Perform Fire Warden duties.
  • Comply with ISO standards and respect patient confidentiality.
  • Report incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening skills with the ability to present information in a logical manner.
  • Good standard of education demonstrated by numeracy and literacy.
  • Flexibility in working patterns to fulfill clinical requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and/or patients and handling their queries effectively and sensitively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills and a flexible approach to working.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Working in a customer or patient-facing role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Using Microsoft packages and other IT systems.
  • Working as part of a team but also independently.
  • Data protection and confidentiality laws.
