Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to our clients, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
