We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function, providing financial insights and analysis to business leaders, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Financial Planning and Analysis**
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to business leaders to inform strategic decisions
    • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly management accounts and weekly reporting
  • **Financial Operations**
    • Support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • **Business Partnership**
    • Develop close relationships with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored financial support
    • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

**Requirements**

  • **Education and Experience**
    • Part-qualified accountant or equivalent experience
    • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • **Skills and Abilities**
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
