Finance Business Partner Role

At Pick Everard, we're seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the financial management of our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the financial management of projects, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.
  • Provide financial support to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner to implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering financial training and development initiatives to non-financial managers.
  • Assist with project-related month-end and year-end accounting, including management of WIP valuation/reviews.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of project accounting practices within the construction and consultancy sectors.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • CIMA/ACCA part-qualified or QBE.
