About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Business Partnership
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide timely and accurate financial information.
    • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to help them make informed decisions.
  • Financial Operations
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
    • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Part-qualified accountant (or equivalent).
  • Skills and Experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Good working knowledge of accounting systems and financial processes.
