Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with the management team to resolve employee relations issues and improve workplace culture
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with employment law and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role
- Proven track record of success in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
