Job Description

The London Borough of Newham is recruiting a Justice Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality youth justice services. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the prevention and reduction of offending among children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cases Management for High-Risk Youth Offenders
  • Participation in Youth Court Services
  • Report Writing and Data Management
  • Maintenance of Robust Operational Links

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of the youth justice system, including experience with youth courts, ISS, and Restorative Justice. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage high-risk young people effectively, and work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.
