Office Manager Role

Job Description

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining office operations, coordinating activities across multiple departments, and working directly with the Senior Management team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer accounts and relationships
  • Coordinating workflow and priorities for the office team
  • Creating and analysing performance reports
  • Setting and tracking team KPIs
  • Managing customer quotations and order processing
  • Overseeing CRM system maintenance and data accuracy
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Coordinating with production teams to ensure delivery schedules
  • Managing team resource planning and workload distribution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing/engineering
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Excellence in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team leadership experience
