At London Bridge Hospital, we're seeking a skilled Patient Access Officer to join our team. In this vital role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless patient pathways. Your duties will include greeting patients and visitors, communicating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate patient information, and coordinating patient bookings.
What you'll do:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to patients and visitors.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth patient journeys.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Coordinate patient bookings and registrations.
What we're looking for:
- A previous administrative background in a client-facing role.
- Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
