  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with patients and staff.
  3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless communication.
  4. Flexible shift patterns, including weekends, to accommodate the needs of the hospital.
  5. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, even in challenging situations.
