We are seeking a diligent and caring individual to serve as a Learning Support Assistant in our Maidstone branch. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of children and help them achieve their goals.

Main Details:
  • Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Location: Maidstone
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing a supportive environment for students, working closely with teachers and staff to ensure their success.

Estimated Annual Salary: £29,000, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing academic support to children with learning challenges
  • Collaborating with teachers on lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy learning atmosphere
  • Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues
Essential Qualifications and Abilities:
  • Education degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
