About the Job

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Residential Care Tutor to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our residential childcare team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure learners are meeting their objectives.
  • Work closely with learners and employers to identify training needs and develop personalized learning plans.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, adapting delivery to meet individual learning needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise in technology, ensuring learners have access to course content and resources.
  • Deliver commercial training courses to employers and staff in subjects where you have occupational experience and competence.

The successful candidate will possess a range of skills and qualifications, including a recognised teaching qualification and experience working in CYP as a manager. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
