We are seeking an Associate to play a key role in making and managing primarily infrastructure investments on a principal basis. The successful candidate will work with our team to evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities, conduct research, develop recommendations, participate in the execution of investments, and monitor and manage investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze investment opportunities, including reviewing research, analyzing and evaluating infrastructure investment opportunities, building complex financial models, and performing due diligence.
  • Recommend investment opportunities to our investment committees, including presenting investment recommendations and assisting in the execution of investments.
  • Monitor and manage investments, including monitoring ongoing financial and operational performance, identifying performance improvement initiatives, and assisting in valuation reviews.
  • Build relationships with portfolio company management teams and contribute to our team's knowledge management databases.

Requirements

  • Commensurate experience in investment banking or private equity with an emphasis on infrastructure.
  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree and a track record of academic achievement.
  • Strong research, financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and business relationship skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and initiative.
  • Good judgment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
