Our Team
Our projects team plays a vital role in our success, coordinating and driving our refurbishment activity to deliver projects on time and within budget. We are now seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team and drive success.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Project Setup: Setting up projects for the Project Manager to oversee, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded and communicated.
- Subcontractor Management: Sourcing and relationship management of subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaising with subcontractors to communicate project requirements and frameworks, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Diarising and recording monetary information to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Issue Resolution: Resolving or escalating issues that may impact project delivery.
- Procurement: Impacting profitability by sourcing best value equipment, materials, and solutions.
- Administrative Tasks: Chasing deliveries, payment of invoices, issuing purchase orders, checking receipts, and ensuring evidence of completed work is obtained and recorded for all projects.
