About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join their accounts and finance team at their Head Office in Ringwood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers and homeowners in a friendly manner when payments are overdue to settle their accounts. This will involve discussing the terms of their account and negotiating repayment plans as necessary.

The role will also involve telephone and written correspondence, as well as related administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be able to sensitively handle delicate situations, particularly those customers who are facing financial difficulties.

The Credit Controller will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all debt is recovered in a timely and professional manner. This will involve liaising with Solicitors to pass on unrecoverable debt and maintaining good client relationships through various communication channels.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recovering aged debt balances and will be able to demonstrate good experience in Accounts and Finance. They will also have excellent IT skills, with a high standard of competence in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.

The role offers a competitive salary, 24 days holiday, and an extra day off on your birthday. You will also be part of a professional, award-winning, customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:
