Job Description:

  • Manage customer relationships, build trust, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the trade counter team to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the electrical wholesale industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
