About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. in Bury St Edmunds.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making a true difference in the lives of our customers by introducing them to the world of independent living.

  • You will proactively contact customers who have shown interest in knowing more about our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase of an apartment and lifestyle.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • You will be based at the Welcome Centre, responsible for achieving sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development.
  • As the development takes shape, you will have the opportunity to show customers apartments, working within a dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers have a seamless experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • Proactively contact customers to discuss their interests and provide tailored advice.
  • Achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development.
  • Collaborate with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous new homes sales experience is preferred, especially in the retirement market.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and determination to succeed.
  • Happiness working independently with a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrate professional and responsible selling practices at all times.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience using IT databases.
  • Hold a valid UK Driver's Licence.
