**Job Description:**

We're seeking a highly motivated New Homes Manager to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for delivering sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.

**Salary and Benefits:**

Our competitive basic salary is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and a company car or car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the central point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors
  • Deliver sales targets in a target-driven environment
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in new homes sales, preferably with an estate agency or builder/developer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems
