We are looking for a motivated and experienced Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for introducing customers to our independent living developments and ensuring they have a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
You will work independently, liaising closely with onsite teams and offsite agents to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus generous commission and bonus scheme, cash for car allowance, and 25 days holiday.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, previous experience of using IT databases, and a valid UK driving license.
