TDM New Homes Sales Negotiator Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our TDM team in Suffolk. As a key member of our sales and marketing suite, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £24,000 and an OTE of up to £60,000. You will work on weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday as your designated days off.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion. Your primary objectives include meeting and greeting customers, taking their details, qualifying their requirements, and progressing sales. You will also be expected to ensure the sales suite remains presentable at all times.
To succeed in this position, you must have proven new homes sales experience in housebuilding, a strong customer service focus, and excellent communication skills. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve our goals.
- Meet and greet customers on site
- Take customers' details and qualify their requirements
- Deal with incoming sales enquiries
- Take customers on viewings
- Advise customers on the sales journey and progress sales
- Evaluate and maintain the sales suite's presentation
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- New homes sales experience in housebuilding
- Access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license
- Confidence in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- A strong customer service focus and sales orientation
- Immaculate presentation
- Availability to work on weekends
