**Job Title:** Advanced Practitioner - Child Protection and Assessment
**Location:** Oxfordshire, UK
**Salary:** £40,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Family Solutions team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in child protection and assessment and be able to support our social workers in undertaking complex assessments and formulating care plans.
The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience of working as an Integrated Pathways Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry and hold HCPC registration. They will also have a detailed knowledge of the Children's Act 1989 and the Framework for the Assessment of Children and Their Families.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Supporting social workers in undertaking complex assessments and formulating care plans
- Negotiating with stakeholders to resolve differences of opinion
- Building effective relationships with service providers from statutory and voluntary agencies
**Requirements:** Post-qualifying experience of working as an Integrated Pathways Social Worker within the UK Social Care industry, HCPC registration, and eligibility to work in the UK.
