The Role
This is a strategic and dynamic role, responsible for managing a key grocery commercial account. The successful candidate will have full profit and loss responsibility, as well as the scope to drive category growth in line with the company's EMEA channel strategy.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, new product development, and operations, to develop and implement effective category growth strategies.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a seasoned professional with a strong background in large, branded consumer businesses. You should have experience working with top-tier grocery customers and possess a deep understanding of the 4Ps of marketing and customer strategy.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proven track record in managing complex commercial relationships
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience in food and beverages or consumer products
- High drive and ambition, with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
