Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for corporate workplace interiors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and develop design solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Oversee the design process, including conceptual design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring excellent communication and project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure design solutions meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
  • Strong design, conceptual, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with project teams.
  • Experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
  • Familiarity with financial management of design projects is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant statutory legislation.
  • Experience in fast-track projects from inception to completion.
