We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator. As a key member of our client relations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our company.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for responding to customer enquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and web chat.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's service level agreements and meet or exceed individual targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and customer service skills, proficiency in using PC applications, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. A salary of approximately £30,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, including a performance-related bonus and pension, are also on offer.
