Job Title: Project Coordinator

At Stark Group, we are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our back-office pre- and post-construction project tasks. This role involves ensuring reporting and communication with clients and other stakeholders are maintained to a high service level.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and manage land rights processes, ensuring best-in-class SLAs are maintained.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to gather all project information requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support handover meetings between technical solution team members and operational project managers, documenting project plan requirements accurately.
  • Ensure MPxN requests and creation are completed within best-in-class SLAs.
  • Update internal and industry databases for installed assets.
  • Manage mailbox queries and make database updates accurately and within SLAs.
  • Provide support in different areas of the department when needed.
  • Participate in regular training activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
