Key Responsibilities

As a Flow Room Technician, you'll partner with our on-site operations team to ensure the smooth system and product flow to exceed operational KPIs across designated areas. You'll work closely with warehouse operatives, flow room colleagues, shift and section managers, supervisors, trainee supervisors, and the IT and engineering teams.

Your Impact

You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the systems, reporting any faults, prioritizing waves in line with the daily plan, and providing recommendations to optimize operations. You'll analyze data in real-time, capturing data from our systems into trackers, monitoring forecasts, and investigating and communicating risks and missed targets to the lead technician.
