About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flow Room Technician to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of systems and products across designated areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the on-site operations team to oversee the day-to-day running of systems, reporting any faults and prioritizing waves in line with the daily plan.
  • Work closely with warehouse operatives, flow room colleagues, shift and section managers, supervisors, trainee supervisors, and the IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze data in real-time, capturing data from our systems into trackers, monitoring forecasts, and investigating and communicating risks and missed targets to the lead technician.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a data or analytics role within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced automated environment.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
