About the Position

The primary responsibility of this role is to support service users in achieving long-term recovery from substance misuse. This involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored recovery plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Recovery Planning: Collaborate with service users to create comprehensive recovery plans, outlining clear goals and objectives.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of service users' needs, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to address these.
  • Community Involvement: Foster relationships with local community groups and services to promote carer, service user, and community involvement in the recovery process.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to service users, helping them to navigate the recovery journey and overcome challenges.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we also offer a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development and growth.
