About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Creative Group Work Volunteer in our Leicester team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in arts and crafts, music, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote sessions to service users, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
  • Work closely with service users to design and deliver activity types, tailored to their interests and needs.
  • Contribute to creating opportunities for relaxation, learning, and socialization within the group.

As a Creative Support Volunteer, you will receive comprehensive training, a designated Volunteer Supervisor, and regular feedback and coaching.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £13,500 - £16,000, based on experience and qualifications.
