We are currently recruiting for a Counsellor to deliver Counselling qualifications from Level 2 to Level 4 at Leicester Adult Education College.

The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching to at least Level 2 and will be able to provide a high-quality learning experience that promotes achievement and learner progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver face-to-face and online courses to adult learners
  • Evaluate and provide continuous improvement to your teaching practice
  • Select appropriate resources and use teaching methods and styles which promote active learning

Required Qualifications:

  • Teaching qualification at Level 4
  • English qualification at minimum GCSE or equivalent
  • Maths and IT qualifications at Level 2 or a commitment to work towards this
  • Counselling qualification at Level 4
