Leicester Adult Education College is looking for a qualified Counselling Tutor to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to travel to various settings and schools across the city and work outside of normal office hours to provide learning opportunities to a broad range of groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Counselling qualifications from Level 2 to Level 4
  • Provide a high-quality learning experience that promotes achievement and learner progression
  • Use teaching methods and styles which promote active learning

Required Qualifications:

  • Teaching qualification at Level 4
  • English qualification at minimum GCSE or equivalent
  • Maths and IT qualifications at Level 2 or a commitment to work towards this
  • Counselling qualification at Level 4

Estimated Salary: £30,500 per annum
