Job Title: Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT Service & Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system management tools.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage third-party service providers of server and network infrastructure, including backup and restore services.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to identify and implement improvements.
  • Administer core business systems, including customer relationship management and document management systems.
  • Manage the testing and deployment of new systems and services, including documentation.
  • Perform site visits as required across our offices to implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • ITIL v3/4 Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or a similar role. You should have strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software, as well as experience with virtualization and cloud computing. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Relevant qualifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified, or AWS Administrator, are also desirable. A full driving license is required.
